40 & Fat or Fit?

Now I'm 40 - what am I going to do about it? I've made lots of excuses over the last few years for my increasing weight - kids, celiac disease diagnosis, depression, etc but are any of them valid? I think not! My husband is in the best shape of his life at 47. He's spent the last 2 years training for triathalons. If he can do that, I can find the time and energy to drop a few pounds. I don't know what my ultimate goal is but I know things have to change.
