Help if you can thank you

I have lost control of my life. I stared the year wanting to make a new me. I stared of pretty good I stared school that I have want to do for a long time but then theaters is all I have done for my selfless in lest you want to count gaining weight. I have to do some thing I have try this so many time and have got know were I do not know what to do so here I am one more time I need this to work but I know that I need some help I want to be able to run but that has not happen the I want to eat ...

I have to do some thing I have try this so many time and have got know were I do not know what to do so here I am one more time I need this to work but I know that I need some help I want to be able to run but that has not happen the I want to eat right but I seem not to know how to do that I have got lay off from my job so now I have been working on just my school so I can get it out of the way. One thing that I have done is I do not drink anything with caffeine and I told my self that I would stop drinking all pop by December I have not got to that point infect I thing that I drink more then I use to. So anyway we do not have to much money so eating is something that I need help with I know that there has to be a way to eat right with a vary low income so if you are reading this please help and if you could give me some pointers. I have three teen age boys and the best husband in the world that need to loss weight to so please help if you can

Hi! First, welcome to Spark! I hope you find it as useful as I have over the past year. As far as running goes, I started with the Couch to 5K plan (http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/1
81.shtml). The key with this plan is to not be afraid to repeat weeks until you feel you are comfortable with the intervals. I started on the treadmill, but last Spring I took to running outside, which I must say I enjoy much more. Key tips: Don't skimp on the shoes. You will need a good pair with good support. It is worth the money to protect your joints. Don't be afraid to walk when you need to and listen to your body. I developed tendinitis in my heel within the first two months of running, but after rest and proper heel cushioning, I haven't experienced the same pain. Good luck! emoticon
