New Hitchley Time
I have always done much sport and lived what I thought was healthy. Now, at 55 I can no longer get away with running marathons and eating just what I want. Having increased my weight by 10 kilos in the last year and working in a very high stress environment, I realise it is now time to start taking more care of myself, in order to remain a useful and reliable husband, father and grandfather. With my little bit of self discipline and all of you out there to provide ideas, support and guidance I am looking forward very much to the next phase.
