The problem with those of us who strive for perfection may believe we are perfect in defining it.

I lost twenty pounds and thanks to the stress of medical school I've gained 15 back. I let myself think that because I was in a tough situation stress eating was ok again. I let it get way too far. Now I want to lose the weight so I can get back to being healthy.

I also have POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. Both of these have made it hard for me to exercise.

I'll plan to be at the church by 4:00. I'm sorry about your organist.
Puppy chow is one of my weaknesses, well anything w/ chocolate. I just can't bring it into the house anymore. I've started to train myself to "stress clean". When I'm angry at Nick or stressed about whatever I do the dishes or the laundry. It's helping a little and the apartment stays a lot cleaner. :) Good luck maintaining while at school! You can do it. :D
