i have been dieting all my life. i've tried every diet known to man. i used to lose quite easily when i put my mind to it but now things have got tough. i joined a gym a year and a half ago, and was going regularly for a year, before i pulled my achilles tendon. i'm back on the exercise route now that it's healed, but find motivation a problem now. i need to lose 31lbs and have struggled to lose any for 2 years. i need a fresh approach, so i'm here and hoping SparkPeople will do it with ...

My Goals:
Taking things one day at a time...but i'd like to drink more water, i'm useless at that! Get more excercise, and be healthy and fit by the end of the summer.

My Program:
Right now, i'm learning. i'm keeping a track of all i eat, and doing exercise when i can. i'm going to do more now i've explored the exercise tracker!

hi becca , i want to support you on this journey, i myself have been trough it already and its taken me about 8 months to get to my ideal weight , i coome to look up new recepies in the spark pages as they help me alot , dont loose hope the harder you try the easier it gets as the boody likes a pattern , once you find what you like to eat it helps not to turn to high calories ,i am so used to cooking ideal meals that i think ahead of what to by from the shop and when im going to eat it , all the best ok ,visit my page if you like , id love to keep contact with you if you like , maria from sunny malta
