Getting Back in Shape

I am trying to get back into shape after having my second child in December 2012. I am close to getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight; however, my most recent body composition anylis says I need to gain 13 lbs of muscle. I work for a bariatrics clinic as a health educator where I help people lose weight through diet and exercise.

My Goals:
I want to improve my physical fitness, improve my muscle tone, and eat more vegetables.

My Program:
I follow a modify Paleo diet that includes grass fed meats, eggs, and whole fat dairy. I work out 6 days a week for an hour. 1 day of yoga, 1 day of pilates, 2 days of kickboxing, and 2 days of weight training.

Personal Information:
I currently live in VA with my husband of 5 years. I work at a bariatrics (non surgical) clinic as a health educator. My job is to help coach patients in losing weight through diet and exercise.

I have two daughters aged 2 1/2 and 3 months.

I'm an environmentalist and try to let that guide me in my day to day decisions.

Other Information:
I love to read and cook!
