Hi! Welcome to my Spark Page. I'm currently working on the new me. It is a difficult road at times. It can be really hard to not eat something when EVERY one else is. Or exercise when I'd rather just watch TV. But, I stop and think of the goals I have set for myself and realize that my choices move me toward or away from that goal. I want more than anything to be healthy and ALOT smaller. I have taken the first step by choosing healthy foods, which in turn leads to the ...
Hi! Welcome to my Spark Page. I'm currently working on the new me. It is a difficult road at times. It can be really hard to not eat something when EVERY one else is. Or exercise when I'd rather just watch TV. But, I stop and think of the goals I have set for myself and realize that my choices move me toward or away from that goal. I want more than anything to be healthy and ALOT smaller. I have taken the first step by choosing healthy foods, which in turn leads to the next step -a smaller me. It takes time to put weight on and it is going to take time and effort to take it off. I have about 50lbs to go and I can't wait to see the new me!

My Goals:
I have a little ways to go to lose the 50 lbs I need to get rid of. It is my goal to make better choices and track everything.
My Program:
My program consists of retraining myself right now. Exercising, eating right, and being consistent with my tracking.

I'm a stay at home mom of 3. I have been married for 19 great years to my high school sweetheart. We homeschool.
