My Goals:
UPDATE:
Well, I managed to get my goal of 150 and I haven't lost it yet which is awesome!! I also have reduced my times on my races to about 27 min. for 5K. Now my goal is to work on my muscle tone. As the photo says, Jillian is my inspiration, and I'm working for that kind of definition--there, but still feminine. I WILL GET THERE!!


NEW GOALS FOR 2009:
*145 by June 1st
*Better Leg Definiton
*5k in consistent25 Minutes
*Prepare for Army 10 Miler
*Explore 1/2 Marathon


My Program:
Ok, started Round 2 of P90X on Sept. 8th. I'm mixing it up with ChaLean Extreme and doing Tom Venuto's Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle program for eating/nutrition. I'm hoping by the time this is all over to drop about 4% body fat.

Looks like you had a FUN day with your family! Did you get a chance to look over the 100 Push-up challenge. I thought the reason you did not want to do it was because you were toooo cool to do it =). Your husband being the push-up master i bet you could do 200 without breaking a sweat. TTYL buddy. Trying to decide what workout to do before i call it a day.
