My Journey to being confident about my body

I've never been in tip top shape, just below it. I want to be TONED!! I am working towards leading a healthy lifestyle by hip hop dancing, running, and actually reaching the goal i set for myself this year. I LOVE eating, and moderation is going to be difficult for me but i'm always looking for delicious and nutritional things to give my body and be healthy.

I'm older than you. By choice, I figure it's going to take me a bit longer than 90 days to get through the whole programme, cuz I'm NOT going to 'kill' or injure myself, and I AM going to get the best out of these workouts!
