JUST STARTING THE JOURNEY

Hi, I'm Kimberly (GIGI to my family)40 year old female from Texas. I have some serious health problems, I'm a type 2 diabetic with bad blood work and high blood presure. I have two children (grown) both girls, one 21 and the other is 17. I have a wonderful partner who only wants the best for me and to have me around for a long time. I need to improve my health so I can live a longer life.
