I havent been on much this last week either. I have put the weight lose thing on hold until January. Just too hard this time of year and I dont like feeling guilty. If I can stay the same weight than I will be happy.

Hi, thanks for adding me as a friend. My starting weight here on SP was 159, about the same as you. I would like to lose about 25 lbs. It seems much harder to come off as I have aged, but I am not going to give up. You keep up the good work too. We will make it. Charlene
