Hello, you have a beautiful little girl..and you're beautiful too. now get outside and play with her! LOL you will burn a lot of calories in doing so. you are off to a good start with your weight loss. keep it up. i know exactly what it's like to be an emotional eater...it's not a good thing but we can "fix" it. I've heard if you do an activity at the moment you feel like eating something unhealthy the feeling will go away. find a hobby where there's no way you can eat while doing it! LOL anyway, good luck and keep on working toward your goals. so far so good! ~Carol
