I got the recipe for the oatmeal pancakes from this website Kath Eats Real Food, she even has a video on how she makes them. I use the old-fashioned oats so I have to soak mine overnight in the egg whites. I also like her whipped banana oatmeal, a video too for it!

With the mashed banana on the pancake and if you have maple syrup, YUM!!
