My Goals:
~I need to drink more water and less pop! ~I need to eat more fruits and veggies! ~I want to someday be able to run a mile without stopping because i'm out of breath!
My Program:
-Working out at home 3-4 days a week. -Drink 8 glasses of water daily, and only one can of pop -Getting 7-8 hours of sleep a night -Tracking all calories that I eat daily -Tracking all exercises I do daily
