My Goals:
I have a long-term goal to lose almost eighty pounds, but I'm taking it a little at a time.

My first short-term goal is to lose ten pounds by the end of this year. If I lose just over one pound a week, it's totally possible!

My Program:
One challenge for me is drinking enough water. I'd like to focus on that and get my SparkPoints for drinking my 8 glasses.

I'd like to start doing yoga daily or every other day. It's getting colder, so I imagine I won't be outside much.

You know you really said it-sometimes eating healthy is a social stigma-like you must be like a crazy health nut or tree hugger. I have learned to be comfortable with it and stand up for myself..I often find people not accept it and feel bad eating bad when with me now! It's hard when I am with people I am not as close to..but keep your head up my dear!!!

Thanks for your comment! I think it's funny too I'm excited to be overweight! That "obese" word, it's such a horrible sounding word!

Congrats on joining SP. I've been here for about three months and I it's been the best tool, especially the food tracker and fitness trackers!
