Thanks for the support and yes, it has been pretty quick . 22 weeks. It averages out to be 2.3 pounds a week which overall is a little bit faster than what they recomended. I was on a bunch of steroids for some health issues(long story...) in the beginning so I think the first month I lost alot of fluid that I had been holding on to after I went off of them.
