My Goals:

To eventually get 50 pounds OFF. Not committing to a time!

My Program:
8 glasses of water a day.
Need to stay low sodium and caffiene free.
Tracking food and fitness daily.

Walking a minimum of 3 miles in 60 minutes, 5 times per week.

MWF - strength training.

Thanks for the support and yes, it has been pretty quick . 22 weeks. It averages out to be 2.3 pounds a week which overall is a little bit faster than what they recomended. I was on a bunch of steroids for some health issues(long story...) in the beginning so I think the first month I lost alot of fluid that I had been holding on to after I went off of them. The weight loss has been pretty steady overall.
