freshman 15 battle

I am at the end of my freshman year in college and I will admit I have gained the freshman 15. So I guess I'll be blogging about me loosing it over the summer. I have never blogged before, in fact I was kinda anti blog. But, I thought I would try it out and see what happens.

My Goals:
Loose 15 pounds by the time school starts again.

My Program:
I plan on doing something active everyday, ether biking, running, hiking, yoga, or tennis. Hopefully totaling about 6,000 calories burnt a week.

Other Information:
As you can tell by my "SparkTeams" and user name I'm kind of a hippie... with out the drugs. I am a vegetarian, fairly environmental, I like being outside, and I started yoga about a year ago and I really enjoy it.
