I lost the "old fashioned way" - by counting calories. I started with whatever I had in the house and learned what a portion is. I don't have a lot of money and cannot and will not throw away food. I used it up slowly and counted everything.
I added fruits and veggies along the way and I walk daily.
The true secret is logging. If you bite it, you write it. Couldn't fix what I didn't know was broken.
Do I mess up still? Yup! Am I sorry? Nope! We have to continue living and eating is part of living.
One day at a time will get you back into those Hip-Hugger Jeans!
