victory in JESUS! OMG diet...

so far ive lost 20 pounds and got in my skinny jeans, i dont fallow the book to the t, becouse i dont have the book. I heard about the diet online and told my aunt ill try it for a week if it works ill tell you about it, OMG it works! i wait 3 hours after i wake up to eat, my husband and i make a big healthy stir fry. we have stir fry or salad for late breakfast and my dinner is around 3:30 i do have a apple or shake perfect fit shake for dinner, i try to eat before 5. also my husband and i ...

4 1/2 oz. (about 2 cups) uncooked whole-wheat-blend or high-fiber rotini pasta (like the kind by Ronzoni)
24 oz. (about 6 cups) frozen Green Giant Broccoli & Cheese Sauce
3 wedges The Laughing Cow Light Original Swiss cheese
Optional: salt and black pepper

Welcome back to SparkPeople!

I lost the "old fashioned way" - by counting calories. I started with whatever I had in the house and learned what a portion is. I don't have a lot of money and cannot and will not throw away food. I used it up slowly and counted everything.

I added fruits and veggies along the way and I walk daily.

The true secret is logging. If you bite it, you write it. Couldn't fix what I didn't know was broken.

Do I mess up still? Yup! Am I sorry? Nope! We have to continue living and eating is part of living.

One day at a time will get you back into those Hip-Hugger Jeans!
