BACK on TRACK - ALMOST - Working on better eating habits, better exercise habits and better overall habits......one BABY step at a time!

Finally come to the realization that I am an "Organized Hoarder" I have categorized piles of STUFF everywhere and it is time to do a "Clean Sweep" throughout my entire house - going to start with a LARGE yard sale in April. Go me!


Things are looking up! I've made a dent in my organized clutter and I'm cleaning with a frenzy.....this helps me stay away from the evening snacking. Really want spring to hit so I can get back outside. With my foot still messed up I don't need to fall and crack/break any more bones. I want to be as mobile as possible this year. I will be 55 and want to be an energetic 55.

Finding it hard to get on here daily as I am busy with two jobs. Will try my best and hope to get back in contact with the peeps that helped me get this far. Have an awesome day!


Searching for ways to keep track of what I'm placing in my mouth --- and slow it down. I'm a VERY emotional eater and it doesn't matter what emotion, I eat. Stuck in one spot for now. Need a swift kick to go to the next level!

Update: Stuck must be my middle name, lost the 25 without too much hard work. Stuck again, guess it's time to dig in deep and work harder to achieve results.

09-15-09 ----- Joined a gym today.....going to take action to make the changes I want to see in my life.

Control my addiction to food!
Find some sort of exercise that I will do.

Right now, I'm just concentrating on cutting back on calories and then work on slowly eating more healthy.

Recently started walking to increase my energy levels and be a bit more active.

I design clothing and accessories. This has been a life-long dream of mine that is finally getting off the ground. I haven't quit my day job (legal) but hope to have my business up and running so I can retire and have fun designing.
