Wow... I did everything I thought I wouldn't do this holiday season. I didn't log food, didn't weigh in, didn't exercise regularly. I failed to do what has been working the the past three months.
However, despite my failures I was aware. I was aware of what I ate. I was aware of how my clothes fit. I walked everywhere I could. I drank a ton of water. I kept - at the very least - logging in everyday. From Thanksgiving through today, I lost 6 pounds!
Is this what they mean by lifestyle change? :) 3195 days ago
Rude awakening... We'd ordered a triple-beam scale to help keep track and whe we recieved it yesterday we found that our old bathroom scale was "a few pounds off." So instead of starting at 268, it's more like 273. Still seems as though I am losing, weighed in at 263 this morning. Just a bit further to go now... 3297 days ago
