July 2011; I'm 42 at the beginning of this journey, wanting to make some changes and get fit and healthy for a long and enjoyable life. My first goal is to get down to 200 pounds, which I never really remember being before!

I am starting with the book 28 day program and am already feeling the results. I walk the dog a mile every night and get some cardio Crunch on Netflix Watch it Now most days. I'm already a compulsive water drinker and good sleeper, gardener and creative cook. So, I feel like I have a lot going for me. We can do it!

You may not be "perfect" tomorrow but that is ok. This is a life-style we are trying to learn. Be ready for Monday and you'll be fine.

Enjoy your Easter. May it be blessed. -Bri
