A New Beginning:A New Year, A New You 2015

Vision statement: To live a long life, to look and feel better around others and feel better about myself, to make long term changes to have a more productive and enjoyable life. I can do this by being more active physically through exercise activities and opportunities like bike riding , swimming, and walking nature trails. Visit parks and walk at a pace where my heart rate isn't going wacky, having a sexy body and remembering, "...the body is the temple of the Lord...". Also, to learn not ...
Also, to learn not to be self-critical when things go wrong but to pick up the pieces and move on. To remember laughter and venture in the great outdoors to lift spirits, to find hobbies that promote healthy habits and to seek comforts outside of food. Most of all, celebrate life and embrace its treasures.

“The whole idea of motivation is a trap. Forget motivation.
Just do it. Exercise, lose weight, test your blood sugar, or
whatever. Do it without motivation. And then, guess what?
After you start doing the thing, that's when the motivation
comes and makes it easy for you to keep on doing it.”

"What is it that you would like to achieve?
What is it that you wish to change, improve upon, create, express or experience?
If you ever want it to happen, now is when you must do something about it.
If it is your desire to see it come about, it is your responsibility to make the necessary effort."
-Ralph Marston
