Time to replace thin with strong!

After losing and gaining the same 20 pounds a few times, I decided this time around to use a different approach. I watched my boyfriend transform his body through clean eating and weight lifting. I decided to give it a try. Body of a fitness model...here I come!

My Goals:
My goal is to get to about 140 pounds through eating (mostly) clean and weight training. I am striving for a body like my favorite fitness model: Kelsey Byers. I want to be strong and fit. No more trying to just be "thin."

My Program:
After doing a lot of reading, I have changed my workout routine to mostly focus around weight training. I do full body lifting about 3 times a week followed by 20 - 30 minutes of cardio. My diet is currently 40/30/30. I'm trying to focus on a high protein intake while somewhat limiting my carbs.
