To be ready for the NPC show in October! Hoping to go into the show at 12%BF (or less).

Short-term:
112lbs - 15%BF by Sep 7


My Program:
I eat 5 small meals a day, ALWAYS have a protein with every meal. ST 4x/week, cardio 4x/week.

awe I am soo sorry about your Dog that is soo sad. But I think that running that half marathon is a good idea. :) I missed you on here. :) I am doing pretty good. I am fairly proud of myself for actually doing my january challenge and not quitting early and now I have a new feb one and it is going great. How are your boys?
