Hi there. I started what I called a "no-crap" diet in June 2009 when I could not button my size 14 jeans. I weighed 170 pounds. I lost 22 pounds, gained muscle tone, and started feeling great. I went from a size 14 to a size 8. Then I hit a plateau. Now the weather is colder and it is harder to exercise outdoors. My Goals:
To reach my goal weight of 130 pounds, and find a way to maintain a healthy lifestyle and weight.
My Program:
I did daily cardio exercise and strength training three times a week. In addition, I cut out almost all processed food and limited dessert to once a week.
