Congrats on the no smoking, I too quit (in November '06). I used to be on the "No More Smoking" team until my cravings went away and I didn't want to be associated with smoking anymore.
Thanks for the comment, that made my day (and after running for an hour at 6am, that means alot).
I was reading your page and you sound like my bf. He'll be 30 next week and he lives off of McDonald's and Burger King. He's got a nice body but I told him that he's gotta quit the McD and BK and the smoking or it's gotta hit him like a ton of bricks by his 30th bday. Glad to see I'm not full of it.
