My Goals:
Spark people.com has changed my life to include eating healthfully, exercising regularly so I spread the spark to help others.

I have worked very slowly on eliminating lifelong bad habits such as overeating, starvation, drinking soft drinks, eating processed or fast food and passing on fruit.

My Program:

My results come from using the Fitness & Nutrition trackers honestly. Good old fashion behavior modification.

Hiking and Les Mills Body combat are my go to workouts because of the F*U*N factor.
Home workouts include with Wii, Pilates Reformer, Hula Hoop and Strength Training.

Tracking brings results so JUST DO IT!

I love Dr. Oz and all he says.

I have 3 gorgeous adult daughters & an awesome family. My dog Baily is my companion & my cat Moo is pure sweetness. I am counting my blessings from La Habra Heights, California so very gratefully!

A Spark friend, Gaylinn, sent me a reminder that this time on planet Earth comes around only once & that we should enjoy it. I believe that a worthy reminder for us all --- the days fly by & why waste them by not enjoying the blessings our Creator fills them with?
