Hey, you don't need advice from me! How's that half marathon training coming? I would love to do something like that, maybe you can help motivate me. You are doing great! Did you measure yourself? I havent seen any improvements in inches on myself. So frustrating.

Hey Hiker28, I just thought I'd stop by after reading your post about motivation. It's kind of funny because I was having a bad week last week, and feeling the way you are today. Just stick with it. I know it's tough. I try not to focus on the scale but it's really hard. Especially when you are working so hard. My best advice would be to not work so hard in the beginning. You might be pushing yourself too hard. I didn't workout for a month. I just focused on making food changes and I couldn't even keep my calories at the SP recommendation. I am usually over, but I'm starting to get better. It takes time to get energy and to shrink your stomach, eventually it wont feel like such hard work and you'll find that you are adding more and more changes to your life. Then the weight will fall off because you wont even be thinking about it anymore.
