How are you today?

Thought I would drop in and say hello. Oh so hard with the color you have up to see to write. On dark blue. Yet when it comes out. Looks pretty on your page.

I am having a little more variety now on Gluten free..

Have a Drs s appointment to-morrow. She wants to see how I am doing.

No pain. Good sign.

See what she has to say.

I have added some stretches and dancing movements. for exercise.

Would like to see if she will allow me to sit ups. Hmmmmmmmm

You were smart to do at 40 to start and be serious.

It is the 40's and the 50's when you need too. The metabolism changes so

you need to get ahead of it. If one is laid back and not do anything. Be a

couch potato and dont care what they eat.

Then the pounds come on and it is the waist and the belly that spreads the quickest. Then will make any young lady unhappy.

It has paid off you look really young looking but healthy the proper lifestyle.

Nice complexion you have.

I applaud you. Your an example. It is possible at any age but in your forty's.

You are Smart Wise.

Are you doing all G. free. I am looking at your meals you eat.

Where did you get your calories for some of your gluten free?

If your not. Do you know anyone who is doing Gluten free and

I need to know the calories of items.

I know the bread is 110 a slice for Gluten free bread.

It be nice to have a calculator that has the calories rather then keep looking for it.

I was surprised you actuall y had it up.
Wow!
