Never trade what you want the most for what you want at the moment

I am fat. I understand this concept, but I haven't done anything about it. I need to do something about it. I am here to loose weight, for good and be healthy. I am here to be happy with what I look like. I am here to not be embarrased when standing next to my husband and friends. I am here not to be embarrased when meeting new people.

I want to loose 50 pounds, but I would be happy with 40. LOL!

My Program:
Still working on that. I recently found out I need 1590 calories a day to stay at the weight I am currently. I am debating between calorie counting or a home version of WW.

Thanks! That actually DOES help. A lot! I think I'll add it to my Christmas list. :-)

I would definately say that wii fit is worth it. For me, the real motivating factor is having the trainer's voice telling me my form is good on exercising, or that there's only 10 seconds left of an exercise. Sounds corny, but for me, it really really helps. During the runs, it also helps seeing the other mii's cheering for you as you run (and do other challenges...) I know they're not real, but again, for some odd reason, it's motivational for me. haha. :-P Hope this helps you with your decision though. :)
