Trying to get Financially and Physically fit....

From the finance side of things I've never really been all that good with money from the get go. If I have it I must spend it. Which is a TERRIBLE frame of mind to be in. Especially when your almost 28 and still living at home. At one point I had 5 credit cards. So far I have managed to payoff 2 of those 5. From the weight/health/physically fit side of things...I've never really been an active person. I hated gym class in school. By the time I graduated high school I was 163 pounds. I managed to maintain that weight for MANY years. Then I got hurt at work and packed on about 30 pounds. I managed to lose that weight but then "murphy" took its toll on my life and I resorted to food for comfort and I'm right back where I started.

Now my goal is to get healthy in all aspects of my life so that I can live a long and happy life. I'm going to be a new aunt in March and I want to be around to enjoy my niece's life. At some point she'll be mobile and I want to be able to keep up with her.
