I'm a working mama of two little girls under the age of 8, both with those old-fashioned sort of names, both a little wild and a little loud. I am trying to learn healthy eating habits for my own self-confidence, to be a good role model to them, and to give me the best chance of seeing as much of their lives as possible.

Oh. Also it wouldn't hurt to look really good in a bathing suit.
