Participation can be a GREAT motivator! I encourage you to read the threads, post replies, start your own topic! Use the nutrition and fitness trackers so you can see your progress, and your blog so you can review, later, how you felt on your journey. It will also help others to see your success!

I decided that too - reading for an hour a day. Or starting small and saying 15 minutes a day. I put all the books I want to read in a basket so I can carry the basket with me if I go outside with the kids and want to read, or if my hubby is sleeping and I want to read in the living room. Before I go to bed at night, I should read at least 15 minutes. That was my goal last night and I read 1 hour. I also thought it'd be a great thing to do with the family - once a week we could have a "reading night" when I read a few books to the kids, then they "read" books by themselves while me and my hubby do some reading of our own - all in the same room. 3144 days ago
