Hi, All! After yo-yo'ing around for about 15 years, I am getting serious about losing weight and getting into shape. I finally got FED UP :) .
I also have this really cute skirt that is at least 2 sizes too small hanging in my closet as motivation!

My Goals:
My goals include losing the muffintop and losing weight gradually by eating right and exercising.

My Program:
Change my eating habits by limiting calorie intake to a plan that will get me to my weight goal. I'm attempting a slow entry into an exercise routine and work up to more challenge as opposed to jumping in as if I were in top shape. By doing this I hope to have fewer muscle pulls (and be less irritable to friends and family) as I redesign my body and way of life.

Hey! You are right you are so close to your goal and 145 is such a good weight anyways, so just take your time! If you are maintaining and not gaining every week, that is AWESOME!! I hope I can do that !! But I understand about sabotaging yourself! I have just wanted to get 100 but then I eat like crap all weekend! I might get there next weekend! Hopefully...I don't really have plans..I have been working on a VERY long blog I will post for it...and I will just the '100 lbs lost team' :) Then I will just keep going! I will still have at LEAST 34lbs to go! So I am losing so slowly now, it will be slow..but I can live with it for now:) Keep up your great work and you will get to 140! take your time!!

aww thanks! You are so sweet!! I don't think I will be reaching the 100 pound milestone tomorrow, but I will hopefully be within less than a pound! I can't wait! how are you doing? 5 lbs and you are to your goal!! YEA!!! 140 is my ultimate goal too, so you are an inspiration to me!

Thanks girl!! Here is my secret-I NEVER raise my ticker!!! Its too hard on me and its makes me work harder to get back to my 'ticker weight' so I say OF COURSE you have another day to lose a lb! Thats not bad!! I always use the spray butter on popcorn too!! I use that on everything actually :) Have a wonderful weekend and dont worry about that pound, you are doing awesome!
