I understand that so much...... SO much of this journey is about my mind. It's not how my body metabolizes what I eat...... It's not about how I convert fat to energy.... it's about my mind and how I have the ability ...

I understand that so much...... SO much of this journey is about my mind. It's not how my body metabolizes what I eat...... It's not about how I convert fat to energy.... it's about my mind and how I have the ability to choose the path I'm going to take. I'm going to be internally motivated and have the strength and resolve to do what I have wanted to do for years. Am I going to be able to maintain a healthy body weight when I'm done? Is this a lifestyle choice where I've taken a different road all-together and will never stray back to my original path? I say YES! I say that I have what it takes to change my life forever! GO ME!!!

My Goals:
66 to 70 pounds. * 35 lbs lost (1/2 way to goal) by October 10, 2009 ** Made it! * 50 lbs lost by November 30, 2009 ** Made it by December 20, 2009. * 60 lbs lost by January 1st, 2010 ** Not gonna happen, but I'm ok with it - Revised date to January 31, 2010 * Goal by February 28, 2010. ** Possible.. but my goal may change..
My Program:
I've reduced my calories to 1200 to 1500 (closer to 1200 at the beginning but now closer to 1500) a day every day. At least 60 minutes of exercise daily with a minimum of 600 to 900 calories burned. I'm aiming for a 1000 calorie deficit every day to make a 2 lb loss for the week.
Personal Information:
I think I share quite enough personal information in my blogs. :o)
Other Information:
I've accomplished so much in the last couple of years that I never thought I could. If I can do all I've done, I can LOSE THIS WEIGHT!
