My Corner of the World

If God sends you down a stony path,
may he give you strong shoes.

Jesus, help my eyes to see
All the good Thou sendest me.
Jesus, help my ears to hear
Calls for help from far and near.
Jesus, help my feet to go
In the way that Thou wilt show.
Jesus, help my hands to do
All things loving, kind, and true.
Jesus, may I helpful be,
Growing every day like Thee.
Amen.

Be strong and courageous. Do not be ...

I don't know what happened either. I tried signing back up but then they said my email address was already being used. I did what Darlene suggested and pulled up a deleted one and will post on that one!!! That's the first time something like that has happened !!

Hope you and the gang have had a good day!'

Sounds great!! emoticon Have you heard about the warning about wire brushes used on a grill? They say do not use them, the wires can break off and get into the hambeurgers and such. If you ingest them, you can get really sick! Who knew?! emoticon

We decided to go to Colorado for a month because a lot of the members of our Good Sam's group (whom we camp with every month except July and August) are here. There are 6 couples from our group here (including us) and one widow who came sos that makes 7 RV's from our group alone. Pretty good turnout considering it is over 800 miles!

The plan WAS that we were heading to Alaska this year with 2 other couples from our group, but then at the last minute we decided not to go because of the rough roads on the way and our RV is new......we didn't want to mess it up! Turns out that group left the end of May to sightsee in the US a bit before heading to Alaska, and then, decided that they were going to stay in the US and not head up there. We wanted a cooler place to go in the summer, so we decided to join our group up here! emoticon
