My Goals:
Once my goals were all about losing weight now things have changed.

GOAL 1- Make it to the end of the day

GOAL 2- Lose 1-2" monthly on thighs

GOAL 3- Drink water


My Program:
At this time I am working on finding the right team for me and a great buddy to work with. I want to have the time to work on myself so that at this time I guess would also be a goal making time for me.
I have decided for working out , in the moring iwth the kiddos is the best time and cant wait to get started on a more regular basis.
