My Goals:
Get healthy so I can live longer and enjoy my life and family more.

Stay within the zone no excuses. For all goals.
Eat purposely, Think before putting something in my mouth, stop and ask do I really want to record this in my diet plan? If not don't eat it!
Stay on exercise routine but increase the time and amount of energy expended. Think about changing exercise goals, as this is the second week i've surpased my exercise goals.
Remember the holidays are for enjoying friends and family not for overeating, or eating foods I shouldn't.
#5. Should I not meet or exceed goals I will not punish myself, be overly critical of myself. I will instead remember that I'm in a learning phase of a new life and I will falter, fall down,or totally let the train get away. I will not only accept this, but treat myself with the same patience and courtesy as I would an infant learning to walk. At least I was trying and although falling I will try ,try again until I get it right!

Sticking to the SP plan and slowly adding walking every day.
