My Goals:
Become stronger

Increase my lung capacity
Get so good at healthy eating, I no longer have to track my food here!! I'm 5'7" and want a BMI with room to breathe! There's too much jiggle when I wiggle. I'm more concerned with losing fat than losing pounds.
7/19/10 made goal to lose 20 pounds
2/5/11 met goal of 139
BMI is now 21.8!!! 20 pounds GONE!!!

2/8/11 NEW goal to reach 132 and maintain before summer!


My Program:
Trying to eat unprocessed, real food. I'm a sugar addict so that makes it challenging. Can't seem to eat more than 1000 cal. without weight packing on. THIS IS OK - nutrient dense foods usually aren't calorie dense. I'm NOT an olympian - so I don't burn as much either!

Don't want to be a workout fool because I spend enough time at work and want to enjoy life. I like to incorporate exercise into my day by bike riding and swimming when I can.

Thanks for checking in on me! Goal this month: make working out a habit! I.e., work out every day this month! I've started cycling on a stationary bike again. So far so good!
