Thanks for the support and encouragement. Now that I've been diagnosed, so many things that I thought weren't related, are all of a sudden making sense. It's good know what it is (even if "they" don't know how it starts), and ways to combat it. 1613 days ago
Thanks so much for the encouragement. I know what it's like to lose weight and then gain so much back (in my case I lost 25 and gained about twice as much back!). It's hard to find that motivation, but now that I've found my motivation, I'm hoping to never lose it. Find what keeps you going and never lose sight of it. And I would love some vegetarian recipes, I "cooked" my first veggie meal last week: Boca burgers with homemade butternut squash fries (baked, not fried). We both loved it, but that's the limit of my vegetarian cooking. lol. And I'm not sure I would count the Boca burgers. 1624 days ago
