Motivation Motivation

I want to be healthy. I want to not think about what I am going to eat all the time. I want be pregnant soon ( I am 37) and not have to think about all the things that could go wrong because of my weight.

I have been overweight my whole life. I married an active guy and I want to be active with him. I am posting the picture of my new surfboard. I want to be able to surf! I can get overwhelmed and frustrated with myself very easily though.

I need support from all ...

Thanks for reading my blog and offering your input and advice. I'm glad u can relate to losing weight slowly and steadily. Sometimes it gets so frustrating but u are right, it's better than losing it quickly and then gaining it all back! As of today, I have managed to lose one more pound bringing my grand total to five. I'll take it. It's 5lbs. less than I was in June. Thanks again..Take care and best wishes on your journey!
