Slim By Summer

I have been a member of Spark for several years now, but have never been overly diligent about about entering my data and keeping myself accountable. Over the past few years I have gained almost 30 lbs and am just really uhappy with myself for allowing me to let myself go so far. Now it is really time to get my butt in gear. I have a summer holiday planned for this summer and would love to get bikini ready by then, as well it is my 5 year anniversary with my boyfriend and I would like to buy ...

My Goals:
I have just started getting back into working out and have started running. I am taking things slow so as not to push myself too hard to the point where I give up. But here are some of my goals:

* be able to run 5km
*enter a 5km race
*get my race time down to 30 min
* be able to run an 8 min mile (right now I am around 9-10 min mile)
*be able to run 10 km
*enter a 10km race

My Program:
My plan is :
* run 4-5 times a week
* biking/ or something similar 1 day a week
* strength 4 days a week

Trying to eat a lot healthier!
