I have lost 80 pounds since I have been with sparkpeople... One of the hard parts is keeping it like that. This is why I am back... Time to stay on this!
My goal was met! Set a new goal to get to 130 andfit!!! Time to tone up the ends.
To stay fit, sexy, healthy, and do nothing but love and succeed in my life!
1) 8 glasses of water
2) ALOT OF GREENS
3) Salads, sandwhiches, and soups
4) cardio circuit training
5) nutrition tracker!
6) low cal, low carb, low fat
7) 1,200-1,500 cal intake
8) diet green tea and green tea pills
9) mulitvitamin due to sometimes to low of nutitrion intake
10) no fast food, no grease, no oils, no full % dairy, no processed, no preserved, ALL FRESH!
DEDICATION, MODIVATION, AND DETERMINATION IS GOT ME WHERE IAM TODAY, YOU CAN TOO!
Well I am from Texas the lone star state and currently located in Clarks vegas (Clarksville TN). Came here becuase I was married to a solider and not I am not. I work 60 hours a week and really don't have the time to do much. So, I have a very low caloried intake due to min exercise. I am just your average woman trying to make it in the world..
My hobbys and interests; horror movies, all music 80's and newer, shooting pool, loud music, singing, dancing, movies, saturday nights out, my days off, butterflies, perfumes, tanning, nails, the country, busyness, cleaning (when no one is home), the internet, becoming a dietitican, making more money, happiness, peace, swimming, lakes, poetry, art, and I think thats ehough.
