I have struggled with weight issues my whole life. When I was in college I gained quite a bit of weight. In my 20's I had been able to lose 40 pounds very easily but now that I'm in my 30's and have gained 20 pounds back, I've been having a really difficult time losing it. I can't seem to get anywhere and my motivation is very short if I don't see results right away. In my 20's I had been able to lose 40 pounds very easily but now that I'm in my 30's and have gained 20 pounds back, I've been having a really difficult time losing it. I can't seem to get anywhere and my motivation is very short if I don't see results right away. My short term goal is to lose 10 pounds, but long term I would really like to lose a total of 30 pounds. I'm also planning on getting pregnant approximately 4-6 months from now and would also like to eat healthier by that time. I believe I'm doing pretty good on eating healthier but I still have issues with my sweet tooth. So, I do need help with staying motivated to make good choices and other people to keep me accountable for what I do (or don't do) and eat. Please help.
