My Goals:
After a year of avoiding exercise after an extended illness, i think it is high time to get back into the groove of an active lifestyle.

My Program:
I walk 2 miles just about everyday and try to make it to the gym or yoga another two times a week. I am hoping to improve my upper-body strength and get back to running shortly.

Personal Information:
I am 28 and a native of Montreal. I currently live in Baltimore and have for almost four years now.

Don't give up! You can make it to your goal. The closer you get to the goal the harder it is to lose. Just stick to your plan and the weight WILL disappear. I hope you have a great weekend and don't let the scale bring you down.
