Hi - yeah, I'm guilty too of stepping on the scale too much but only when I feel like I'm doing well. When I'm not doing well, I avoid it like the plague! Not good either!
I gave up Diet coke about a month ago - I think I've had one since. Sometimes I still crave it in the afternoons because there is a vending machine right down the hall at work that calls my name, but I have Good Earth Original tea (sweet and spicy) instead which helps!

Hi - did I ever tell you that on Friday I ate steel cut oats for breakfast and for dinner 3 bean chili w/ sweet potato. My cravings didn't return! As long as I stick to the good carbs (no white rice!) one day a week, I know I'll be fine. And I'm down from 127 to 124.8! So, nuts were definitely the culprit!
Your timing is impecable - I keep wondering what else I could do to drop these last few pounds! I am so motivated right now and so diligent and I'm willing to try anything. I am going to take your advice and do that one day a week - I just have such a strong craving for grain carbs that I worry about losing the control I have right now...but, I'm going to give it a shot! Hello! Thanks for writing back...have lots of catching up to do on spark! We had a great time in SF - the weather was gorgeous, ate good food, listened to good music, went for a long run, tons of walking, a little shopping...I really missed the kids. We're potty training our 2 year old, so ALMOST done with diapers - definitely looking forward to that milestone! Any new challenges this week for you? 2146 days ago
