I'm on the long road to becoming healthy and determined to not slip up this time. I have used spark before and lost weight, but I am so ready to do it for good this time. I am tired of my weight going up and down. I'm not on a diet anymore. I am going to become a runner and it may take awhile, but I am ready for the challenge!!

Fitness Minutes: 17,340

My Goals:
-My goal is to be 155 by mid-march to april of 2011.
- I also want to run a whole half marathon in April of 2011

My Program:
- I am currently doing the C25K program and running my third 5k in october.
-I am signing up for a 10k in December and them from there will work on my goal to complete a half marathon
-I run three day a week and on my off days I either walk for 45-60 minutes or go to the gym and do the elliptical
-I am also attempting to add strength training into my workouts.

Personal Information:
I am a 3rd year at the University of Georgia and absolutely loving it. I plan on becoming a speech and language pathologist after attending grad school. I love children and hope to work in pediatrics at a a hospital.

I love people and am hoping to be in contact with lots of sparkers and help encourage each other! I cannot do this by myself and I have now realized that. We all need motivation to not quit on those days when we just don't want to get our butts to the gym.

Other Information:
I am a follower of Christ and realize that I could not do any of this journey without HIM. He is the reason I am able to be strong throughout this process.
