My Goals:
I would like to reduce my fat % by 5 points but I also just want to feel good. I want to judge my progress by the mirror & not the scale because I am a tad harsh when I see the scale hasn't moved.....

My Program:
I'm currently doing the Insanity program with Shawn T & eating the Precision Nutrition diet when I don't cheat....

I'm all over the road! 3 months seems like FOREVER to do the same workouts over and over. lol! I do something different everyday. I just try to get in 5-6 days of cardio a week and do a stregth workout 3 times a week.
