Thanks for stopping by my blog!! I know a lot of people don't weigh in daily. I don't COUNT my weigh ins, but I do step on the scale. I know weight can fluctuate, but what I found myself doing was weighing in on weigh in day...the next day giving myself a pass to eat crap because "I have 6 days to burn it off before my next weigh in)... then I would do the same thing the next two days, and then I would try to not eat anything the following 3-4 days. So if I weigh in every day, I think about that when I'm making my food choices. I don't let it stress me out, but it helps me stay accountable!!
