2014 --- Summer 5% Challenge

Continuing on with the Spark 5% challenge with the summer challenge. Goals: to stick to my plans, track every day and increase my exercise.

I want to feel better, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. When I physically feel better - I sleep great, have more energy and just generally feel happier which stabilizes my mental and emotional well being.

I have committed to a 4 month treatment plan with my acupuncturist to focus on a variety of health issues ...

My Goals:
My personal goal is 185 (although WW says I should be 160). I am more concerned about how I feel, not what the scale says. Size 12 is my goal :-)

My Program:
Weight Watchers - its the only program that has worked for me. I don't feel deprived. If I work the program, it works!!!

Other Information:
I am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers trying to get back to goal. This is a lifetime change, not just a diet!
