2015 Summer 5% Challenge - Team: Walkers & Runners!

Gearing up for the next challenge. Woohoo, back on my old team again - the Walkers & Runners - I use my Fitbit One to track my activity. Love that fitbit, wear it every day no matter what - keeps me motivated :-) I am eager to get going as I missed the spring challenge due to illness and moving. But, things are now pretty much back to normal, I am walking regularly and feeling so much better in many ways. I feel home again, even though I had lived only 10 miles away before - weird, but ...

I want to feel better, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. When I physically feel better - I sleep great, have more energy and just generally feel happier which stabilizes my mental and emotional well being.

My Goals:
My personal goal is 185 (although WW says I should be 160). I am more concerned about how I feel, not what the scale says. Size 12 is my goal :-)

My Program:
Weight Watchers - its the only program that has worked for me. I don't feel deprived. If I work the program, it works!!!

Other Information:
I am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers trying to get back to goal. This is a lifetime change, not just a diet!
